How has your drink / drug consumption changed in the last two years ?
For me and a lot of people I know it’s followed a similar pattern - excessive consumption initially followed by a reduction and eventually moderation to below pre covid levels.

You cunts?

“Drugs are for losers”

No they’re not. But out of interest, what is your definition of “drugs” here? Is it substances deemed illegal by our current government at this present time?

I have zero dependence on booze so in lockdown I drank nothing. Normally I’d be an occasional drinker with the odd binge for a get-together.

Drugs are for losers - not touched anything since dabbling with the relatively harmless options as a toot some 30 odd years ago

Lockdown one was all about enjoying the basics and looking after my physical health - Drank less

On the subsequent lockdowns and restrictions my bread and alcohol consumption shot up and I get very fuck it, jst get through how you can. Getting monthly deliveries of beer and wine in and getting through them.

Now I am back to my pre-Covid routine of no drinks during the week, A couple of beers on Saturday afternoon/night and Sunday bottle of wine.

Pretty much knocked the booze on the head and therefore don’t get on the gear either anymore.

Still have the occasional blow out as long as there’s a genuine reason for it.

Re: How has your drink / drug consumption changed in the last two years ?
It hasn't.

Pretty much been the same for years, I go out for a moderate amount of drinks to relax myself and put the world to rights for a few hours, the same occupation that generations of folk have indulged in from all walks of life for centuries. I could never imagine a life where I don't do it, and i know my limits. I don't go 'on the piss' a young mans sport, that.

Have been diagnosed with high blood pressure. Reduced wine from two to three glasses a night to a half a glass. Sleep better as a result. It sucks getting old.

Less beer as a home drinker but easy to have far too much wine and rum and cokes etc. Definitely time to ease up for me.

Not allowed drink, and take 22 tablets a day. Some particularly lively ones.

Some designed to stop Psychosis, Intrusive Thoughts, and Forced Thinking.

Back in the clubbing days I took pills to bring stuff like that on ! :)
